Common questions
All FAQsDo you need my Twitch or Kick password?
No. We only need the channel or video link, and we never ask for your password or a login to your account.
When should I order live stream viewers?
Order while the stream is live, or a little before it starts if the service says so; viewers join during the stream and stay for the time written in the service name.
What if the stream ends early?
Viewers are tied to the live stream, so if it ends before the period, they leave when it ends. Plan the stream's length before you order.
Does the channel have to be public?
Yes. Keep the channel and the video public, and don't change the channel name until the order completes.
When does an order start?
It depends on the service: some start within minutes, others within hours. The start time and daily speed are usually in the service name, and the typical time to complete, from our finished orders, shows on the Services page before you order for services with at least 20 finished orders.
What is the smallest quantity I can order?
Each service shows its minimum and maximum before you order. We suggest a small order first to try a service, then the quantity you want.
