Accepting these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses Zyadat (zyadat.com). By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order, you accept them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, and they apply to you even if you haven't read them in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
What Zyadat provides
Zyadat provides growth and marketing services for social media platforms: followers, likes, views, comments and more, across dozens of platforms. Orders run automatically through service providers, and we never ask for your account password; a link or username is enough.
We deliver each service as described on its page and in the quantity you paid for, but we don't guarantee engagement, sales or any specific result.
Some delivering accounts may not have a profile picture, a bio or posts.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication on the Account page.
We may permanently suspend any account involved in fraud or in the use of unauthorized payment methods, and may take legal action.
Balance and prices
You order from your account balance. Each service shows its price per 1,000 before you order, and the order's price is deducted from your balance when you place it.
Prices may change with demand or provider costs; a change doesn't affect an order you've already placed.
Funds added to your balance are not refundable as cash; the full rules for balances and orders are in the Refund Policy.
Orders and delivery
- Before you order, check that the link is correct and that the account or post is public, and keep it that way until the order completes. Mistakes in order details are the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary. An order isn't canceled because of a delay alone, and we may change how a service is delivered, or its provider, when needed to complete the order.
- Don't order for the same link from another site or panel while your order is running; the count when the order starts is the only reference.
- The Refill and Cancel buttons appear next to an order on the Orders page only on services that support them.
Acceptable use
Use the services in line with the terms and policies of the social platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and Facebook.
Using the services for abusive, illegal, political or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Zyadat isn't liable for any direct or indirect losses that may affect you or your business as a result of using the services.
Nor are we responsible for any action a platform takes on your account or content, such as suspending the account or removing content.
Changes to these terms
We keep improving our services, so we may update these terms when needed without prior notice. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page; please review them before adding funds or ordering.
