Scope of this policy

This policy explains how Zyadat handles information on zyadat.com and its pages. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to it.

Information we collect

Account
Your username, email address and account settings, such as language and time zone.
Orders
The links or usernames you submit, the services and quantities, and your order and balance history.
Payments
The amount, method and reference number of each payment. Card details are entered with the payment provider, and we don't store them.
Sign-ins and devices
IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, and the time of each sign-in.
Messages
Support tickets, emails and attachments, and your conversations with the Zyadat AI assistant.

How we use it

  • To run your orders and manage your account, balance, points, level and bonuses.
  • To answer your tickets and messages and provide support.
  • To protect accounts and prevent fraud and abuse, such as unusual sign-ins or shared accounts.
  • To send emails about your account and orders, and offer emails to our customers; every offer email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand and improve how the site is used, through aggregated statistics.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that deliver orders: they receive only the order details needed to deliver it, such as the link, quantity and any custom comments, not your name or email.
  • Payment providers: to process your payment with the method you choose.
  • Google: for Sign in with Google if you use it, Google Analytics to measure visits, and reCAPTCHA to protect forms from automated abuse.
  • Hosting and email providers: we rely on them to run the site and send messages.
  • An AI provider: processes your messages to the Zyadat AI assistant to generate replies.
  • Authorities: when there is a binding legal request.

We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your session, and we store preferences such as language and dark mode in your browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but signing in doesn't work without the essential ones.

Passwords

We never ask for your password on Instagram, TikTok or any other platform, and our team will never ask for your Zyadat password. If anyone asks for it in our name, don't share it, and let us know.

Security and retention

We apply reasonable security measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to those who need it. We keep data while your account exists and as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

  • Change your settings, such as password, language and time zone, on the Account page.
  • Unsubscribe from offer emails with the link inside the email.
  • Ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted: email admin@zyadat.com from the address on your account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the tools we use change; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
